Are you a Finance Professional who enjoys transforming complex data into high-impact transaction insights?
We’re looking for a driven M&A finance expert to analyze target company performance, develop robust valuation and leverage models, identify investment risks and synergies, and provide strategic recommendations that support successful deal execution. You’ll work closely with clients, delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights across our SDA, Disability Services, Community Care, and NDIS operations, helping leadership and business partners make informed decisions and drive strategic growth goals.
Your main responsibilities & experience:
- M&A Financial Modelling & Valuation – Develop and maintain sophisticated, dynamic financial models using advanced Excel capabilities. Build robust three-statement forecasting models, leverage/LBO models, accretion/dilution analyses, and discounted cash flow (DCF) or comparable company/precedent transaction valuations to assess target companies and support deal structuring.
- Transaction Insights & Due Diligence Support – Analyze target company financial data, historical performance, and quality of earnings to prepare accurate financial reports, month-end performance analyses, and management dashboards. Translate complex financial information into clear, meaningful insights, identifying key trends, working capital requirements, investment risks, and potential operational synergies to support buy-side and sell-side mandates, ultimately enabling both internal leadership and external stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
- Deal Materials & Stakeholder Communication – Create professional PowerPoint presentations, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), pitch books, and board packs. Clearly communicate financial results, transaction structures, risks, and strategic opportunities to internal deal teams, clients, and institutional investors.
- Business Performance & Corporate Finance Advisory – Utilize a strong command of key corporate finance metrics—including EBITDA, enterprise value (EV), leverage ratios, ROI, liquidity, and working capital optimization—to evaluate target performance and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Advisory & Deal Collaboration – Partner closely with clients, operators, and leadership teams across our NDIS and disability services portfolio, providing commercial, tactical, and financial support to help providers navigate complex sector funding models, execute transactions efficiently, and achieve long-term strategic growth.
