As our Head of AI & Workforce Transformation, you'll lead our AI transformation by developing workforce capability, driving AI adoption, and creating learning programs that empower our teams and strengthen our position as a leader in AI-enabled offshore talent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Head of AI Capability & Workforce Enablement, you will design, implement, and scale Elephant Teams' AI capability strategy across the organization.

You will establish and lead the Elephant Teams AI Academy, build workforce capability, drive AI adoption, and create measurable business impact through productivity improvements, enhanced client outcomes, and innovative service offerings.

Your main responsibilities 

  • Building and leading the Elephant Teams AI Academy – Designing structured learning pathways, certification programs, and practical training initiatives that develop AI capability across the organization.
  • Driving AI adoption across the workforce – Training teams on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity to improve productivity and client outcomes.
  • Delivering workforce enablement programs – Facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, onboarding programs, certification assessments, and ongoing learning initiatives tailored to different roles.
  • Developing AI knowledge systems and resources – Creating and maintaining the AI Knowledge Hub, Prompt Library, SOPs, templates, workflows, and implementation guides to support continuous learning.
  • Leading automation and process improvement initiatives – Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, implement automation solutions, and improve operational efficiency using tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, and AI agents.
  • Building a strong AI learning culture – Establishing AI Champions programs, knowledge-sharing communities, and regular learning forums that encourage collaboration and innovation.
  • Measuring AI adoption and business impact – Tracking workforce capability, productivity improvements, client outcomes, and commercial performance while providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Supporting the development of AI-enabled service offerings – Helping create innovative solutions that enhance client value, strengthen market differentiation, and position Elephant Teams as a leader in AI-enabled offshore talent.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and communication – Collaborating with leadership, managers, and employees to ensure successful AI adoption and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Driving workforce transformation initiatives – Leading change management efforts that embed AI into daily operations and enable teams to work smarter, faster, and more effectively.

What your profile will look like:

  • Must Have: 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Workforce Enablement, Organizational Capability, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Must Have: Strong practical experience using AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
  • Must Have: Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs, capability frameworks, and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Must Have: Proven ability to drive technology adoption and behavioural change across diverse teams.
  • Must Have: Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvement initiatives using platforms such as Zapier, Make, or N8N.
  • Must Have: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must Have: Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Preferred: Experience building AI capability programs or AI centres of excellence.
  • Preferred: Experience within BPO, offshore staffing, professional services, or workforce solutions environments.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, privacy, and security considerations.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting commercial growth through innovation and service development.

Success Measures (First 12 Months): 

  • Workforce Capability - AI Academy successfully launched, AI Certification Program implemented across the organization, 90%+ workforce adoption of approved AI tools.
  • Productivity Outcomes - Average of 3–5 hours saved per employee per week through AI adoption, Increased automation and workflow efficiency across key business functions.
  • Client Outcomes - Launch of AI-enabled workforce offerings, Demonstrated productivity improvements delivered to clients, Enhanced service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Commercial Impact - Introduction of premium AI-enabled talent solutions, Increased client retention and engagement, Strong market differentiation through AI-enabled workforce capabilities.
