Position Available: Mortgage & Credit Analyst
Location: Remote; Sri Lanka
Hours: Full-time - 5:30am - 1:30pm, IST Colombo time

You will be responsible for efficiently processing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll support clients through the full loan cycle, from application to settlement. You’ll process loan applications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Your role will also involve assessing creditworthiness, reviewing financial documents, and helping determine if a loan is a suitable risk. With a strong focus on detail and client service, you’ll ensure a smooth and professional lending experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- End-to-end Loan Processing & Administration: Confidently manage the full lifecycle of finance applications from initial lodgement through to final settlement. Review and package Residential and Commercial Loans. Execute all administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation management with high precision, ensuring compliance and efficiency across loan facilities.
- Pipeline & Workflow Management: Organise and oversee multiple loan pipelines concurrently in a systematic, structured manner. Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain momentum, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high-quality support.
- Credit Analysis & Compliance: Assess borrower creditworthiness with high analytical accuracy. Apply a solid understanding of Australian banks’ lending policies and frameworks to assist with structuring deals within Lender Policy. Maintain a clear audit trail of internal/external compliance standards ensuring all applications meet strict regulatory industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a strong, effective communicator by managing professional interactions with mortgage brokers, clients, and lenders. Follow up directly with clients to collect required documentation and progress applications, while providing consistent, proactive updates on application progress and handling all queries in a structured manner.
What your profile will look like:
- Must have - Minimum 2+ years’ experience: Demonstrable experience in broking support or credit analysis, with a proven ability to manage loan applications from lodgment to settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Must have - Australian client experience: Experience working as a loan processor or credit analyst servicing Australian clients.
- Must have - Strong communication skills: Fluent written & spoken English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have - Ability of quickly grasping CRM systems: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn digital tools to manage workflows and streamline loan processing (Experience in Infynity and Apply Online is preferred but not mandatory)
- Must have - High attention to detail: Exceptional accuracy specifically in data input.
- Must-Have – Strong Internet Connection: Stable fiber connectivity with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps.
