Position Available: Property Management and Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Remote; Sri Lanka
Hours: Full-time - 5:30am - 1:30pm, IST Colombo time
Are you an experienced individual, with strong administration / communication skills and sharp attention to detail?
We're seeking an individual to join one of our high-performing clients in the Australian Real Estate industry, who can step in, take ownership of administration and operations, and work with minimal supervision once settled. You must be willing to expand your knowledge and take on new challenges once familiar with the role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will be the key support for a high-performing client, with responsibilities varying across core business domains: administration, operations, client support, and specialized real estate tasks. You will be entrusted with managing day-to-day workflow, organizing key documentation, and assisting with various projects as required by management.
Your main responsibilities & experience:
- Excellent Communication & Client Management: You are a strong communicator, able to organize your time effectively, and work independently. You will professionally manage communications with internal stakeholders, colleagues, suppliers, and clients, ensuring a systematic approach to resolving queries. You are also willing to take ownership of work once familiar with the processes.
- Operational Support: You will take charge of daily operational and administrative requirements for the client.
- Real Estate Domain Support: Tasks will include assisting with aspects of property support, such as conducting market reviews and research. Experience in Australian Real Estate and knowledge in compliance and regulations is preferred but not required.
What your profile will look like:
- Must have - strong communication skills: Fluent written & oral English skills is a must.
- Must have - Basic Software Proficiency: Must have basic Google and MS software skills.
- Preferred - Real Estate Software Experience: Familiarity with real estate software like REA, Domain, VaultRe, and others is preferred.
- Preferred - Marketing & CRM Tools: Experience using relevant marketing tools and platforms. Familiarity with utilising tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CRMs, and platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube is preferred.
- Must have - accountability & great attitude: Ability to work under minimal supervision and a sense of responsibility towards the work entrusted.
- Preferred - Australian client experience: Experience working for Australian companies or clients would be an added advantage.
