Are you a fast learner, detail-focused, and excited to work in a dynamic, high-growth real estate environment?

We’re hiring a Property Management & Customer Service Officer to support a growing Australian buyers agency team. This is a junior role - perfect for someone looking to gain experience, grow into a long-term role, and contribute meaningfully from day one. You’ll start by supporting property-related admin and client communication tasks while working under the guidance of an experienced VA, with room to grow into a more analytical role in future.

Your main responsibilities and experience:

  • Admin Support & Task Management: Track and manage internal task flow, assist with client communications, follow-ups, and property-related workflows.
  • CRM & Data Entry: Help build and update CRM records with accurate property and client information. Keep key milestones and BA (Buyers Agent) comms up to date.
  • Invoice & Review Management: Send out client invoices, follow up as needed, and assist in collecting Google reviews after deal completion.
  • Research & Content Support: Help gather and summarise content ideas and market insights for YouTube and educational content.
  • Process Tracking & Internal Coordination: Support the team in managing workflow across BAs, ensuring updates are recorded and next steps actioned.
  • Workflow Evolution (Future Growth Area): Once confident, help spot inefficiencies or missed steps and suggest improvements in systems and processes.

What your profile will look like:

  • Must have - 1+ year experience in a customer service or admin based role
  • Must have - Self-motivation and reliability: You take responsibility for your work, show up on time, and follow through on tasks without needing constant supervision.
  • Must have - Quick learner mindset: You can pick things up fast, are naturally curious, and don’t get overwhelmed easily.
  • Must have - Strong communication & attention to detail: You write clearly, follow instructions closely, and aren’t afraid to ask questions when needed.
  • Preferred - Strong maths or analytical background: Confidence working with structured data or numbers is a big advantage.
  • Preferred - Experience with CRM tools, task trackers or Google Workspace: Familiarity is helpful, but not required, we’ll train you.
  • Bonus - Any experience in admin, customer service or content research: Whether freelance, internship, or professional, we value real-world exposure.

Benefits of joining the Elephant Teams family:

  • Fully Remote Work: Work from home with all the tools and equipment provided.
  • Career Growth Pathway: Start as a junior, grow into more senior or analytical roles as you develop.
  • Community & Support: Join a friendly, supportive Elephant Teams community in Sri Lanka.
  • Real Industry Exposure: Work directly with Australian professionals and gain cross-border experience in the property sector.

If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to grow your career in a dynamic environment - we’d love to hear from you!
