We’re looking for a Senior Loan Processor to join our growing team and support the Head of Commercial Lending across both residential and commercial loan facilities. This isn’t an entry-level role — we need someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage the end-to-end processing of finance applications with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support clients through the full loan cycle, from application to settlement. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Lending in Australia, you’ll process loan applications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Your role will also involve assessing creditworthiness, reviewing financial documents, and helping determine if a loan is a suitable risk. With a strong focus on detail and client service, you’ll ensure a smooth and professional lending experience.

Your main responsibilities & experience:

  • You're a specialist:  You have end-to-end experience in the Australian loan process, covering both residential and commercial loans. From initial fact-finding through to settlement. Administrative work is your strength, and you excel at following structured processes with precision and efficiency.
  • You have strong analytical skills: You have prior experience assessing creditworthiness, with a solid understanding of Australian banks’s lending policies & compliance requirements..
  • You’re highly organised: You are able to manage multiple pipelines in a systematic and organised way that allows you to deliver high quality customer service while keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Your communication skills are top notch: You are a strong communicator and are able to communicate effectively with mortgage brokers, clients and lenders. 

What your profile will look like:

  • 4+ years of experience in broking support or credit analysis, with proven ability to manage commercial and residential loan applications from lodgement to settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience servicing Australian clients as a loan processor or credit analyst is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, is a must.
  • You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn CRM systems and digital tools, helping you manage workflows and streamline loan processing. Prior experience with Salestrekker CRM is considered advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy specifically in data input.
